ABOUT ANTHONY
Anthony Fryer is a fine artist painter, and teacher based in Hong Kong. Raised in the south of England, Anthony Fryer was drawn to spending as much time as possible outdoors. Anthony’s paintings were created using a single stone. The stone symbolises the natural world that surrounds our homes and communities. The raw, organic marks made with the stone result in abstract, evocative final compositions.

Anthony Fryer received his education in the United Kingdom. He first studied Art and Design at the renowned Shelley Park Art College in Bournemouth. Fryer then went on to earn his Fine Art degree from Southampton University, where he exhibited work at prestigious venues like the Beatrice Royal Gallery in Southampton and the Royal College of Art Hunting Prize exhibition in London. More recently, in October 2023, Fryer was selected from a pool of 55 international artists to exhibit his work at Christie's Hong Kong, facilitated by the Asia Art Archive.
